Coping With Stress

If you are experiencing stress, there are a few different ways you can cope with it:

  • Start thinking about the future — be forward-thinking!
  • Reach out and confide in someone you trust.
  • Remember who you are. Don't allow others to affect how you think about yourself.
  • Give yourself a break! Try some stress relieving activities such as:
    • Physical activity, drawing, watching TV, reading, listening to music, hanging out with a friend, playing with pets, or just lazing about.
  • Don't worry — everyone feels stress to some degree. You are not alone. Although it may not feel like it, it will pass!

my studies especially.. being on the honor roll, i'm pressured to always be on top but i do advance reading so that in some days i could just sit and watch tv.. another stress: crush.. well i'm stressing cause i have no idea how to tell him i like him but let's just see what happens (any advice?)

to deal with stress get extra sleep. or scream. or take long deep breaths.thats what i do.
