If you are really feeling like things are out of control, and you can't seem to change things for the better, it may be a good idea to talk to a safe adult.
Talking to an adult about what is happening and how you are feeling can help you feel less alone and help you work through the problem.
Talking to an adult can actually help reduce your stress! Sometimes if you are dealing with something stressful on your own it can seem overwhelming. An adult can help you put things into perspective and can provide guidance to help you through the situation.
my studies especially.. being on the honor roll, i'm pressured to always be on top but i do advance reading so that in some days i could just sit and watch tv.. another stress: crush.. well i'm stressing cause i have no idea how to tell him i like him but let's just see what happens (any advice?)

i get stressed when my teacher freaks for no reason and like just yells
i get stress because i have to go to dentist thursday and i'm afraid i could get braces because i dont think my teth are very perfect

to deal with stress get extra sleep. or scream. or take long deep breaths.thats what i do.
